Data Retention

You are in full control of your data. You can delete all of your files and job outputs from our systems at any time — choose below how long we hold onto each type of file.

Sales Files Uploaded

Your original CSV or XLSX source files.

Delete immediately after job runs

Once your file is processed, the source is deleted. You can only see the outputs. To re-run, you'll need to upload the file again.

Keep until job is deleted

We hold onto the source file for as long as the job exists. When you delete a job, all source files and outputs are permanently removed. Usage metadata (rows processed, etc.) is retained for billing purposes.

Output Files

The split XLSX files generated by each job.

Delete after download

Each output file is removed from our servers as soon as it has been downloaded.

Keep until job is deleted

Output files remain available for re-download until you delete the job. Deleting a job permanently removes all associated files.

SKU Files

Product/SKU reference files used to enrich your splits.

Keep

We retain your SKU file so you can keep adding to it over time, rather than re-uploading a full list with each job.

SKU files are removed when the associated job is deleted.

Location Files

Store or territory location reference files.

Keep

We retain your location file so you can build on it incrementally rather than re-uploading a complete list each time.

Delete after job is deleted

Location files are removed when the associated job is deleted.

Changes apply to new jobs only. Existing files follow the policy that was active when they were created.

Danger Zone

All jobs are shared across your entire team. Every member can see, run, and delete any job in the organization — there are no private jobs.

Delete My Account

Removes your personal account and sign-in access.

If you are the only member of your team: all jobs, files, and organization data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

If other team members exist: your account is removed but all jobs and data remain available to the rest of your team.
